VULKAN INDIA manufactures Aluminium Alloy Sand Castings using the advanced no-bake process.

The manufacturing facility is designed to manufacture larger castings weighing 10 – 300 kg, using the hand moulding process, in batch quantity. Today, Vulkan India manufactures castings measuring upto 2.25 x 0.5 metres length and height respectively. 

In keeping with the sustainable and environment friendly nature of its operations, Vulkan reuses 70% of reclaimed sand by deploying primary and secondary mechanical reclamation.

  • No-bake sand mixer capable of mixing 12MT of sand with resin and binder per hour
  • Sand Casting Facility with Alfa set Resin Bonded Sand System. Maximum box size is 2500 X 600 X 700 mm.
  • Mold boxes can be procured as per the customer requirement
