We are committed to a common set of values from the tradition grown out of a medium-sized family business. Guiding Principles for leadership

Derived from the three fundamental values we developed our management guidelines for a consistent and binding orientation, still ensuring each others individuality. The guidelines give an orientation of how we want to shape leadership. The guidelines are intended to help managers to implement the company’s goals with consistency. With their leadership behavior they can make a significant contribution to the increase in entrepreneurial value creation and customer satisfaction and thus contribute to the preservation of many jobs.
