To kick off the new year, VULKAN India held a New Year’s celebration for all employees on January 2, 2024. To welcome the new year and motivate employees for the challenges ahead in 2024, the management has invited the workforce to the office canteen. The management team also acknowledged the successes of the past year.

Rajesh Mishra, Managing Director of VULKAN Technologies Pt Ltd, opened the event with a motivational speech. In this speech, he referred to the challenges that the VULKAN subsidiary has mastered as well as the successes that the company has achieved. “The past year has tested our resilience, our adaptability and our strength as a team. Each of you has shown an incredible level of dedication and perseverance,” he said. Mr. Mishra further emphasized that diversification of business areas/products, automation and innovation, cost reduction and sustainable development will be the keys to future success. He encouraged the team to make valuable suggestions in this regard.

In keeping with a decades-long tradition, sweets and snacks were distributed to all employees as part of the festivities and a toast was made to the new year. “At that moment, the team spirit and collective strength of our workforce was palpable,” recalls Managing Director Rajesh Mishra. “The New Year’s celebration was emblematic of the culture of VULKAN India, which values the contribution of each individual employee to the overall success and believes that a lot can be achieved,” he concluded.
