With the aim of strengthening employee engagement, improving work-life balance, and fostering a sense of belonging, VULKAN India (VTI) invited employees and their family members to the traditional employee celebration “JALLOSH” (meaning “enthusiastic celebration” in English) on June 26, 2026.

This year’s edition was particularly special, as it coincided with the celebrations of VULKAN India’s Silver Jubilee and marked 25 years of excellence, growth, and partnership. The event not only provided an opportunity to showcase talent, but also to celebrate the company’s remarkable development and the people who have contributed to its success.

The program began with an inspiring address by Rajesh Mishra, Managing Director of VTI, who looked back on VULKAN India’s development over the past 25 years and highlighted key achievements since the last cultural event. He emphasized the company’s strong business growth, expansion initiatives, customer trust, sustainability achievements, and numerous awards VULKAN India has received during this period. He also acknowledged the ongoing support of the VULKAN Group Management, whose guidance and trust have played an important role in the company’s success.

A special part of his address was his heartfelt thanks to the employees’ families. He emphasized that behind every successful employee stands a supportive family and thanked all family members for their encouragement, understanding, and contribution throughout VULKAN India’s 25-year journey.

Hidden Talents and Varied Performances

JALLOSH 2026 was all about participation and togetherness and featured 26 impressive performances by around 120 participants, including group dances, solo and duet performances, themed presentations, and family acts. The performances reflected a wonderful mix of creativity, passion, teamwork, and entertainment.

The audience enjoyed a wide variety of entertaining performances representing different themes and dance styles. Particularly memorable were the family performances and themed acts, which brought the hidden talents of the VULKAN family to life in a vibrant and colorful way.

The evening also included several delightful surprises: As a special tribute during VULKAN India’s 25th anniversary year, senior leaders and their spouses came together for a unique performance that reflected the commitment and team spirit consistently promoted by the company’s leadership. These moments created excitement and emotional highlights and were honored by those present with enthusiastic applause.

In his speech, Mr. Prashant Patel, Executive Vice President of VTI, expressed his thanks to all participants, family members, organizers, choreographers, and support teams. He particularly acknowledged the dedication of the women, children, and employees who rehearsed with great commitment after office hours and played a key role in making JALLOSH 2026 a great success.

The event ended with a feeling of pride, joy, and belonging. More than just a cultural program, JALLOSH 2026 strengthened the values that define VULKAN India: teamwork, participation, respect, and togetherness.
