VULKAN India has its own vulcanisation facility with superior quality vulcanisation presses powered by modern transfer moulding technology. It operates its own compound manufacture for the most diverse elastomers.

Rubber Technology deals with the transformation of rubbers or elastomers into useful products which are used in multiple industrial applications. Silicone rubber bonds with many different metal surfaces through a combination of mechanical and chemical adhesion.

We manufacture Rubber-to-Metal bonded products like Anti Vibration Mounting, Valve Seats Bushing, etc. as well as Rubber Moulded parts/ pure rubber goods. These parts are used in dynamic & critical application such as engineering goods. They follow a sophisticated manufacturing process to maintain the consistency in each produced part and can be produced with any combination, colour and in various sizes based on the customers’ requirements
