VTI Welcomes Representatives of the German Embassy

On Saturday, January 11, 2025, VULKAN India welcomed Mr. Alexander Callegaro, Head of the Economic Section of the German Embassy in New Delhi, and Ms. Ashumi Shroff from the German Consulate in Mumbai to the factory premises in Pune. The aim of the visit was to strengthen the relationship between VULKAN and the German Embassy with a focus on promoting economic and environmentally friendly business practices. VTI presented its own initiatives in the areas of environmental protection and advanced manufacturing.

 

The day began with a safety briefing and a corporate video introducing VULKAN’s vision and achievements. This was followed by detailed presentations on the company’s operations and sustainability initiatives, highlighting VULKAN’s commitment to environmentally friendly practices and efforts to reduce its environmental footprint.

 

Appreciation for the Innovative and Environmentally Friendly Approach

 

During a tour of the Pirangut plant, Mr. Callegaro appreciated VULKAN’s innovative approach to environmentally conscious production. He commended the company for its proactive steps in implementing green technologies and aligning business strategies with environmental responsibility. “It is inspiring to see how VTI is integrating environmental awareness into its core business strategy,” he remarked, emphasizing the importance of such efforts in building a greener future.
